• Toilet-roll tubes
• Old wrapping paper
• Pencils, pens, paints
• Sellotape
• Scissors
• Imagination!

1. Cut your card (or wrapping paper) to the size of the toilet roll tube

2. Decorate with pens or paint

3. Sellotape the paper to the toilet roll tube - both ends!  This is your candle base

4. Draw a circle, larger than the circumference of your toilet roll tube

5. Cut out and colour the circle - flame colours are best! This is your flame halo

6. Make two 1cm cuts in the top of your cadle base, directly opposite each other

7. For a 3D flame, cut out rectangles or tissue paper, scrunch and pinch into flame shapes

8. Stick the flame inside your candle holder - in between your two 1cm cuts - use plenty of Sellotape!

9. Slide the flame halo carefully into the 1cm cuts

10. Repeat and enjoy!
